Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed as quick as possible, usually within 2-3 business days. Exact delivery windows are based on carrier conditions and can not be guranteed by M+R Home. Should there be a delay in processing, you will receive an email with further details. 

Fees

Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on carrier rates.

Locations

We only ship domestically, throughout the United States. No international shipping or P.O. boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24hrs for the information to update.

Damages

We make every effort to secure your order for shipping and delivery. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

Returns 

All items are final sale and can not be returned.
